Guest brett Posted September 2, 2003 Posted September 2, 2003 when i was in japan, 99-2001, it was a really nice, hardcore underground party scene ...drugs were cool there because they were available..but it was by no means the main focus or concern. #1 was dancing and enjoying. i consider japan to have had the best psy scene in the world, but it is booming in popularity and the crowd is changing. see it while it's still on fire!
