Guest Teg
Good day. I have a Behringer VMX300 mixer, which I connected two of my Pioneer CDJ-500II's and everything works just fine. My question goes like that. I bought a Korg Kaoss Pad. Now, how do I connect it to the mixer and make it work on the main channel (alas all three of the mixer's channels mixed, so the FX will affect the mixed stew)? Thank you in advance. Teg / HaOman17 ps, the topic was just to get you to read my message

Guest dam10n
i know nothing about mixers and kaoss pads (maybe try the music making section mate) but I'll say something before you come up with an even more far out topic like "world peace declared!" or "entire tip back catalog on sale at psyshop for one€" so: - mess about with it and see what works - is it a kaoss pad or a kaoss mixer - my guess would be that the kaoss pad fits between the source (cdj) and the mixer so that the mixer gets the wet sound - maybe you're allowed to do it both ways - fone korg
Guest [tom jaimz]
Connect the Effects Send from your mixer to the Line In of the Korg Kaos Pad. Connect the Effects Return from the mixer to the Line Out of the pad.

Guest Mark
I feel tricked, See Tom's post above, he is correct. I'm not familiar with your mixer but a friend of mine runs an effect box through the third channel. Some mixers like the Pioneer(even the DJM600) ones will not allow three channels to be brought in at once on the X-fader, you can run it through the volume fader on the third channel but always keeping the effect running. Your basically using the korg as a third deck. Vestax mixers normally have the effect loop as in Tom's Post or you can run it in the third channel, with the Vestax you can assign it to the Fader with both decks running. happy mixing, this should work, Someone please correct me if i'm mistaken.
