Guest Inu Posted April 5, 2002 Posted April 5, 2002 Honestly, I'm shocked to hear a track like this in an "amateur" competition. It's groovy, organic, well-balanced, and very trancy... sounds a bit like Cosmosis' last album, though of course it has a style of it's own. I would have liked a bit more melodic complexity towards the end... it's about 95% there, it just needs a little more variation. More wobbly sound FX at the end might be nice, too. But you have a great track on your hands; keep it up!
Guest Coriolis Posted April 8, 2002 Posted April 8, 2002 ATMA - very, very nice track. it has a really coherent feeling and is supported well by its production. it seems very mix-friendly, when it was over I really wanted to hear what the "next" track would be, but i suppose thats up to the dj but i wonder where you would take it. this track could easily fit nicely into a comp or good dj set. keep it up. do you have more we can hear? peace!
