He means that if it's true that the result of the poll showed that each person owns 250 album than it's most likely that a large amount of these are mp3-albums (or .mp3 -> .wav albums). Still lespagnol has noticed that people say that downloading mp3s is a bad thing to do. So what he is trying to say is that people say one thing, but they do something else.
