"Silicon Sound - Shodan" sound sample

In the tune "Silicon Sound - Shodan" there is a sound clip that goes as follows:

 

"From my analysis of historical data, suggests a 97.34 percent possibility that you are aware of my birth on your planet, and i rebirth into beauty..."

 

i have a suspicion that it is from the movie "The Fifth Element" but im not sure. does anyone know for sure where its from?

That sample doesn't come from a movie but a computer game called "System Shock 2". It's a couple of years old already. The game is about a space station orbiting jupiter (or was it saturn?) in which the bord computer Shodan develops an (evil) consciousness (wants to destroy earth or something) and has to be destroyed by the player.
