i think every track is like a remix of another? :)

however some trax they make with others can be nice..

but alone .. naw..

their "remixes" of great trax is like a joke.. okey like this

Deedrah reload remix is very good but They just added a

bit of their GMS style FX and Riffs and nothing else.. the rest is the same track..

and they call it a mighty "Remix".

try listen to this:

Shakta - Lepton head part iii

Shakta - Lepton head (Deedrah Remix)

Now that is what i call a remix!

I personally don't like GMS, but some people do...

I think GMS makes music whit a psychedelic structure, but it is not psychedelic at all, jus listent to the sounds they use in most of they'r songs...

Guest Johan, lb

yup, they should really try to expand their wievs.

such tallented producers, why are they afraid of change?

cant blame them though when i come to think about it, almost every track works brilliantly on the dancefloor.

but they still suck :)

/johnny b fokin' excellent

I didn't like GMS until I saw them live, for all the above reasons: Sounds to messy / aggresive, didn't like how all their songs were short and didn't really build up anywhere, just kind of banged layers on top of eachothers... without progressing them enough...

Then I saw them live and they were awesome.. When I compare GMS to a lot of other acts, It stands out because GMS HAS A SENSE OF HUMOUR...

As far as I'm aware they've also tried to expand a bit, IE doing ambient tracks and the Zorba stuff.... Their live act included collaborations they've done and also really nice ambient bits, and in the middle of the night they went down a treat...

And as for producing tracks quickly, so what??? a lot of their music they are doing with other people, and considering how long they have been writing music it doesn't suprise me they'd write a track quickly; from the best of my memory I can recall an interview with Simon Hallucinogen where he said he wrote Mi-loony-um in a day or so so he could play it for a millenium party...

GMS might not be blowing minds with every release, but they make people go CRAZY on a dancefloor ;)

i don't think that they have come a long way at all--the 'chaos lab' album was the first i heard ,and i don't think that they have done better since;maybe it's because yacov bitom [who wrote most of that cd] left to do other projects.riktam and banzi are good at collaborations but their regular GMS stuff just sounds like pop music now.

wooah. I thought I was only one who thinks that GMS repeats itself. Guess I'm not...

they sure have great sounds, I dig those but there are no "hooks" in the songs. nothing that stucks into your mind leaving a thought "what song was that" I've listened lots of GMS because my friend digs it and I still can't remember which track is which. all songs sound too same. even minimal song like the delta's new album isn't so boring as GMS
