sure it was released

but (don't hate me if i'm wrong) i think it only came out on casette in moskow, or that's what i read

so that is the reason for the bad quality

 

it was released on the very very first parasense (PARAnoic SENSation) album named 'Krakakot' in 1999 if I'm not wrong

and, to be honest, I think it's the best album they ever made, very full on(in), very creepy and dark while it certainly has these melodic vibes as well
