Guest hoffy Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 sounds great! Live Acts: Shpongle, Ozric Tentacles, Shaolin Wooden Men, Koxbox/Saikopod, Etnica/Pleidians/Crop Circles, TRANSWAVE!!!!!!!! Dj's: Andrew Till (I would kill for a huge big-@!#$ off 7 hour Andrew Till set!), Anti, Fred Disko, Simon Posford, Tristan & One of the guys from GMS (whoever bothers to show up, I suppose.... ) It was hard but unfortunately I couldn't find a spot for Total Eclipse, or local favourites Mr P & Fractal who i get to see all the time anyway.... *grin*..... now then. Anybody want to lend my any money for a small business venture? Quote
Guest DOLPHinTRANCE Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 lurk: I'm very interested in knowing your answer to my initial post... hehe... Quote

Guest mijis Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 My dream electronic festival should be something between progressive djs and psy trance live backs . Live acts : Hallucinogen Son Kite Hux flux Alien project Shpongle Logic Bomb Progressive DJ,s : Sasha Digweed Seaman Pappa Fortier Van mellegam That should be my dream festival Quote
Guest KS Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 how about this... well a dream for me is something without limitations, so i combined 12 names together... this is in correct order... 1) Simon and crew with their shpongle, hallucinogen etc... 2) the x- dreamers take over at night... playing some mad frequencies. 3) who else in the morning but Goa Gil.... 4)playing out the afternoon prolly dj anti... 5) for the evening.. ari linker 6) then we should have a son kite live act... 7) logic bomb of course for the morning. 8)then we should have jorg for the melodic late morning stuff into late afternnon.. 9)mahasua takes us on a progressive journey... 10) and then of course riktam with some full on... 11) jez and bill to build the real goa mood.... 12) and to close it off avi and lior with their crazy style.,.. to make the kids realize what they missed out on... and the mystery 13 th dj? well for this i think we should track down sid shanti/// where did he go?, or actually that would present logistical problems since he has been away for so long, he probably hasn't seen cdjs/... in addition to the dj's i would hold the party in a place with no hassles like manali, brazil etc... Guest David Posted April 23, 2002 Posted April 23, 2002 Sid is not tough to get a hold of and your right that he does'nt spin cd's. DJ's: Sid Shanti Mark Allen Gus Till Nick Taylor Tsuyoshi Suzuki Dimitri Acts: Eat Static AB Juno Reactor That woud be about it as the concept of live acts in psy Trance is such a joke. I would trade those slots for three more DJ's and go with Dutch, Atum and James Meadows. - David UMP www.umprod.com Quote

Guest Mike D Posted April 24, 2002 Posted April 24, 2002 Live acts: The Infinity Project, Transwave, Astral Projection, Green Nuns Of The Revolution, Hallucinogen and Shpongle. Dj's: Simon Posford, Astral Projection, Goa Gil, Joti Sidhu, Benza, Shiva Chandra. to bad many of the acts don't exist much anymore. Quote
Guest Kokko Posted April 24, 2002 Posted April 24, 2002 Live acts: Shpongle, hallucinogen, Fractal glider, Shakta, Cydonia, Battle of the future buddhas, doof Djs: Goa Gil, Raja Ram, Instant Sadhu, Ed, Cymoon It would be located on a beautiful field near pine forest. Half of the festival would be in that forest. I would propably die there because of insane happiness. Quote
Guest David Posted April 24, 2002 Posted April 24, 2002 Sid plays mostly in Ibiza, but also does a fair amount of travelling to Asia and South America. His fee is what you would expect to be on par with Mark, Dimitri and all the others at that level. He spins vinyl. In Ibiza he does play some Housier sets and enjoys that style, but he can and does still throw down one hell of a psy trance set for psy parties. He was last in the states last NYE in NY. He has a day job at Manumission hotel as a chef. If you like, I can try and track down his contact info, but I don't have it here at work. You can reach me at david@umprod.com. There is a slight chance that we might be bringing him over to Texas again this year. The man has got some serious skills! One of the few that really @!#$ up the music and mix it deep and long. - David UMP www.umprod.com Quote
