"My friend's going insane"

So last year this was playing at a festival in the "wierd psy tent" (usually finnish stuff so it wouldn't surprise me if it was from some finnish artist)

 

So basically the track is very vocal-oriented... during almost the whole track there's a female voice saying something like "My friend is going insane. There are a lot of things I'd like to tell him but I can't." (VERY aproximative quote...). As a track it's not that great but if you just took an acid and you're next to a friend at the party and hear that sample over and over... maaaan it's freaky

 

so can anyone help me ID the track?
