Guest The Journey Man Project Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Authentic - "Vampires" there is a certain sound taken directly from realy good horror films... when I first heard this I had smoked a lot of nice green shite and it just bent my brain so bad, this sound sent millions of spideres crawling over me, I was so freaked out! A mate of mine got together with me and we have done a demo of 4 very heavy techtrance tracks based on samples frm the following movies: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (using original and remake movies) Stephen King's It (my first horror movies... got some classic lines from Pennywise the evil clown) The Exorcist (a bit to demented for my liking, but it was fun to make - also done a dubby downtempo version a la Downhill style)) Nightmare On Elm Street (hte movies are cheesey now-a-days but that song the little girls sing over a haunting techtrance landcape really freaks the trippers haha) I've given some demos to certain respected dj's and labels around the globe so hopefully somthing might come out eventuall Quote
