Guest russ Posted April 24, 2002 Posted April 24, 2002 i would like to hear it. the last i heard from them was their rmx of the ticon mammoth hunters track, and that is a killer. i would hope for the ideas of bug, with the fat production and sounds of meter, but i won't get my hopes up too high until i hear it. funny, in an interview they said that for the meter album they had far better equipment in the studio, and that encouraged them to lay down far simpler patterns than in the bug album, which had all kinds of unusual and psychedelic rhythmic arrangements. i don't really understand why higher production standards and better equipment tend to lead to simpler structures. anyone out there want to fill me in?
