Eating it's way into our world through technology

At fullmoon 2003 there was played a track with this sample:

"This thing is eating it's way into our world / universe through technology"

I was lying in my car, trying to get some sleep, and in my half-awake, half-asleep state this statement made quite an impact on me. I think the one playing was Skazi, but I'm not sure.

 

Do any of you know what track I am talking about?
