Eh? I doubt the artists set the ticket price. That would be the promoter's job; and Japan is definitely a rich country, and I'm sure many well-off people listen to psy there, so I don't see the big deal.

 

Those are all top-notch acts; booking all of them together will cost a pretty penny.
