Guest Protex Midget
Krembo Records, Telaviv. Massive Selection!!!
Guest Bugbread
Tower Records. Huge supply of psytrance and everything else (much more diverse than the so-called goa specialist local record shops). Not that I support massive industry over local companies, but if I want an album, I'll buy it from a store that carries it, not order it and wait a month for the same album at the same price. Guest reno
I visit the Recreational Recordshop (in Helsinki, Finland) occasionally, they have a decent selection, at least for my needs.
Guest ~Jonezz~
er.. so you are finn like myself right..? Recreational recordshop and Spinecenter are the only ones in helsinki where you can buy psy-trance, I think..?
Guest reno
The only ones I know of at least. But I don't buy many cd's anyway, because I'm always low on cash so I haven't really searched for them.
alpha
i used to shop from the two finnish stores you already mentioned, but then i got a little bit tired with their poor selection, and nowadays i buy almost everything from psyshop. Guest [tom jaimz]
Always @ www.saikosounds.com. I sometimes check music out in stores, tho. Here have been some highlights over the past few months: Sydney: In Denial [nice Transient back catalogue], BPM Records. Amsterdam: Fame Music [wicked Israeli collection], Groove Connection. Stockholm: Saturn Return. Also I was surprised that the small music store in Karlstad had a fairly decent selection. San Francisco: Distractions and F8 both had nice, fresh stuff. But I feel it very hard to justify spending so much more money to buy music in a store.
Guest Mesiaz
Loud Music @ Copenhagen, psyshop.com or saikosounds.com
Guest Jeff
The goa section has dramatically shrinkened over the last years in general recordshops like Virgin or FNAC in France IMO ! An example : a FNAC recordstore in Villeneuve d'Ascq. In 1998, you could easily come across most new goa releases. Now, zip ! Just a few comps like Tantrance or Goa Head, almost no albums. I guess they had to make more place for Makina n°25 or Car Tuning Techno n°123, yerk !! Over the Internet nowadays. J.
bomble
Chaosunlimited.co.uk (most frequent source) Recordstore.co.uk (less than I used to) Amazon.co.uk (if they have a particularly good price) direct from the label (if it's possible ... then the label benefits the most) Nomads (Cambridge - where I live ... great selection but very pricey) Sisterray, Ambient Soho, Choci's chewns, Access All Areas (London - rarely) Metropolis (Toronto - when I'm in Canada) HMV, Virgin, Andy's & other highstreet recordstores when something catches my eye or they have a sale on ! bomble (uk obviously)
Guest dam10n
In my local HMV I once saw the Battle of the Future Buddhas CD... ... in the R&B section. Says it all really.

Guest [tom jaimz]
Avneesh - Groove Connection is on Sint Nicolasstraat, which is off the Nieuwendijk [the main mall that runs parallel to the west of the Damrak], and Fame is on the Kalverstraat just south of the Dam. Järsimähäiriö
Recreational Record Shop is by far the best as far as the atmosphere goes, the stock is cool too. And of course Spinecenter. They have lots of psy in that what's-it-called music shop in Itäkeskus the one that used to be Spinecenter, some old ones too. What ever happened to Subside? Guest Setsuko
taboo productions (my favourite musicstore) - it's always great when you can listen to some psytrance on a Pioneer CDJ500, and the store is beautiful decorated , on the wall there are three big cyber cylinders with aliens in it - just great... and then you have an underground basement where you can find lots of psytrance vinyl.
