The track is very hard but melodic and I first listened to it in 2000. As I said in the middle of the track there is a sound similar to a cat meowing together with the melody,I don't think it's a real meowing but it sounds like this. It has a climax in the last minutes which ends with an evil laugh ->boom-boom-boom-boom-HAHAHAHA I've made this question some years ago and most people said about Tim Schuldt- Red Hair Hospital.I thought that was the one cause it sounds a bit like Tim stuff. There is a synth in that song that sounds like a cat meowing, but I don't remember if there is a laugh. I know the song is from the Distance to Goa 8 compliation that I have, so that might help.
