Empty Space
Being in shape is good for your body, respecting your body. I try to get motivated to work out, I'd like to do it more often, but even in a bad week, I'll get around to it once or twice... I want to get into it every day though (don't want to be really huge or anything, just in good shape) Of course my job is pretty physical exercise, so by working out I mean after I get home (which is when I lack motivation heheh)
RTP
I like to run to psytrance. This music has so much energy to keep me moving and moving and moving... It's the best thing for me. Once as the batteries of my MD were empty I hardly made it home. With the music every step is so easy, it's like flying ... without music I can't even run around the block! Redeemer
a very tough guy i know and respect does 3-4 hours of workout everyday to full on psytrance with dumb-bells in his hands. Workout is only a stimulus for the muscles, they only grow in rest. I usually have at least a day of rest between going to gym.
sherlockalien
I am somehow a purist when listening to music.. I want to get as best listen to it as possible, so I like to be concentrating and really listening to the music, not doing something else (appart from dancing or smoking a joint or whatever)... If I go do some exercise or whatever listening to psytrance, I feel I am somehow ´wasting´ the music.. so I normally do my stuff without psytrance/chill.. at max some yoga listening to chill I´d like to exercise a bit more than Im doing though.. Just weekly soccer and trail-hiking, and daily stretching is not enough.. I wanna sweat everyday.. gotta start moving a bit more
D3lirious
I usually dont listen to music while I´m exercising. I want to completely focus on my breathing and body and I find that music doesn´t help me do that in what I practice atleast, wich are Wing Tsun and yoga. I kinda start concentrating on how good the music sounds especially if it´s psychedelic That means my mind isn´t where it should be

I was playing sticky hands with a friend of mine, who specialises in wing chun, and we had psy playing from a mini speaker - fuck man! after 3 minutes of playing- the practice got more aggressive from my side (due to the tunes) by the end i zonked out completely and he nearly fak sau'd me!! Now, i never listen to psy when practicing however to kenjitsu its very nice - i reccomend swordplay & psychedelic any day its the zone im telling you...THE ZONE

Cinos
I just can't be bothered. Lazy? Yes.
Cogumelo
I found that psytrance and exercise dont go combine together... i just cant focus on breathing and i get lost in my mind with the music and cant concentrate. I prefer to hear some house music (deep dish for ex.) ´cause it´s demands less of your mind... the beats and sounds are more simpler. occasionaly i listen to some progressive trance (bitmonx and so on...)... FrozenRealm
It does work for me though! Should get started again,.. got lazy after the summer but now I'm going to do some fitness stuff as well, and some weight lifting! Psytrance provides the musical "extra push" that's needed for the energy bursts I like to work out on.
halee
a very tough guy i know and respect does 3-4 hours of workout everyday to full on psytrance with dumb-bells in his hands. Hi I do arobics and boxing to psytrance I love working out but the best work out is when I am dancing for the 2 days straight but hmm maybe that could not be healthy with all the drinks and stuff you know does anyone know the side affects from that
Starkraver
I had a great time running to/with "The Sphere". Also a fav while running is Artha - Mahabharatha. I also prefer Acid, Techno while running but most of the times no music. Just a calm mind and the body in motion is all I need to trance out.
