I'm pretty sure that the MOTU is correctly configured I've never had any problems with anything else, but I dont know how I can change the latency settings in cubase, if there are any, or would cubase just point to my MOTU?

What is your buffer size? Maybe it helps if you read my pinned topic in this section :) There are some links to documentation and faq's :)

I think it's a bit too big if you expereince latency. Is your soundcard capable to set it to half that amount? if not try and se if there's a new update to your soundcard that will make it possible to lower the buffersize.

Exactly what I was looking for, cant believe I missed it, I must have been in that menu a billion times.
