Basilisk
Anyone know a good one for sound forge? Need to tinker with some wave files... clean off some noise. I keep forgetting that every time I reset my computer the volume control goes whack and unmutes the 2nd line-in, dousing everything in crispy noise. Then I go spend 3 hours putting a mix together... maybe some NR could take care of this problem? PM me if you like... thanks.
Philter
If you are trying to get rid white noise then try "Denoiser" from steinberg, its a very old plug but it works, well with a litle tweeking. Alternativley you could use Sonic Foundrys "Noise Reduction". Hope that helps you. P.S. A litle Postit note on your monitor saying "Mute Line in 2" may also do the trick
