Guest Rain Posted March 24, 2005 Posted March 24, 2005 sample 7 sounds very much like Bypass Unit.. 235581 which one ?? Quote
X-scream Posted March 24, 2005 Posted March 24, 2005 can't remember a particular track name.. but the sound is definately old-school danish Colorbox/Bypass Unit the bassline, snare (?), synths, it must be them.. A wild guess would be it's something on "dropz of obscure eclipses"... I'll post later if I find out... Quote
Guest Rain Posted March 24, 2005 Posted March 24, 2005 it is indeed from bypass unit dropz of obscure eclipses, thanx so one done... only 6 to go Quote
X-scream Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Listened to all the samples now.. 2 - S-range - Serial overtypes, ah sweet progressive stuff 3 - The sample in the beginning is also in Chi-A.D. - Monsters but this is not chi-ad.. sounds more like Absolum 6 - Sounds like Talking souls, might be "place on earth" or "lost in time" but I might be totally wrong here.. Guest Rain Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 3 - The sample in the beginning is also in Chi-A.D. - Monsters but this is not chi-ad.. sounds more like Absolum 235821 maybe it's the four carry nuts rmx from that compilation ??? I'll check it out Quote
ukiro Posted March 27, 2005 Posted March 27, 2005 Damn I have number 1 somewhere... no bloody idea what track it is though. Probably some old vinyl I only played once and then forgot about, since I don't find it very good =) it could be this, although it's not very likely... but for some reason I must have sorted that record under the wrong letter, because it's not under X for XS and I can't find it. X-Scream was sort of right about track 6, it's Tim Schuldt bot not under his Talking Souls alias. The track is Return To The 2nd Earth, originally released here and it makes its only CD appearance here. Quote
mahoney Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Sample 3: Has to be some old Elixir, sounds veery similiar to one of the tracks on this EP: Elixir - Drops Of Madness / E-motion (http://www.discogs.com/release/75250) Quote
