Digital Psyence Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 What filters do you use?? and is there a better stepfilter alternative than the one in cubase sx? Quote
Philter Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 A rather old one I use is the "Opcode - Fusion Filter", especialy good for very long sweeps. (Up to 60 seconds)......A whole generation of "Filter/Frensh - house" was build on this type of Filter. Very good for Psy-Trance...... Quote
Cybernetika Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 For more complex filtering I use the antares filter: http://www.antarestech.com/products/filter.html very interesting thingie Quote

Theres one problem with it, the automation doesnt really work (at least not in Fruity 5). But it has a great sound. Quote
postunder Posted April 14, 2005 Posted April 14, 2005 antares filter has a built in sequencer (ie it can also serve as a step filter) Quote
