Dajek Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 Some great remixes I have discovered over time: Infernal Machine - Loin King (Man With No Name Remix) [even better than original imo] Infected Mushroom - Overload (Deedrah Remix) [about as awesome as the original] TIP - Stimuli (Hallucinogen remix) [great track, and the remix , even tho it doesnt change the strucutre, has a lot better production] Eat Static - Bony Imcus (Man With No Name Remix) [psychedelic rave style I'd say. From the same album than Loin King rmx... which has some ravish elements as well imo] Slinky Wizard - Lunar Juice (Hallucinogen Moon Struedel Remix) [awesome track... dark, but not hard, rather cosmic..... And it's not an 'official' remix - the guys didn't have the original files or anything.. there's a long topic about it on Isratrance somewhere. Dajek Posted April 24, 2005 Author Share Posted April 24, 2005 I began to wonder today, that Simon Posford should make a new version of Astral Pancakes. The melody in it is... maybe my favourite melody ever. It has so many different feelings in only a few notes.... (and I usually disklike minimalism)... It's a personal thing probably.. Anyway, after the melody's off, the track is just too noisy and not very well produced today,,, If I have a chance to play this track on my set Ill probably fade another track in instantly after the melody ends.... I just wish that he made a new version with these melodies and the pschedelia the original track has, but made something more interesting out of the end of the track..
