Vocal samples in song Room 23 by Shpongle

Here's a one megabyte chunk of the song Room 23 by Shpongle: http://shakti.tky.hut.fi/shpongle_-_room_23_sample.mp3 I'm pretty sure I've heard those vocal samples being used in some other song, too. I think it's faster than this Shpongle song, but I just can't identify it :/ Which is the original source of the samples? Is anyone able to help me? Thanks.
