Guest The Journey Man Project Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 ok... earlier on this year in July when I lived in Japan I ordered from Ultimae the 4 cd pack of Solar Fields albums but due to some error it never rocked up and they were awfully kind and refunded the money I ordered again last month now I"m back in Oz and there was a problem, it never rocked up... Sunny from th eonline shop checked the post office and it had an error with the address theyput on it, he resent and it and a little Xmas surprsie as apology. I would just like to say that I have order from Ultimae online before these errors, and every time was asuccess, even to the point of Aes Dana signing some albums for me... plus this customer service is exceptional, no bullshit like so many other labels or online shops who take no responsibility. I give full respect to Ultimae Records for quality music, quality customer sevices and for sure t hey a going to now play a prominent role in my chillout sets at any parties... support the music! Respects to Ultimae and it's artists Quote

Shaft Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Cool, I'd like to know what secede's earlier stuff is like when you've had a chance to spin it. I loved the last album. It's definitely Secede alright - some of the tracks have a film-esque quality to it, he throws in the odd weird voice sample... but it's a lot longer than Tryshasla (IMO Tryshasla is more 'complete') and so you'll probably get more bang for your buck in that respect. Though I'd hurry if you want the disc, Merck is closing down very very soon - they're just really selling off their back catalogue (and releasing a couple of cds/vinyl in January) and then that'll be it, no reprints. Shame... Quote
