Oopie
$18.99 + shipping... It was a steal! 434019 I never pay these amounts of money from anything! (that's why quite many nice ones pass by too unfortunately...I so wanted "legend b - lost in love" but 50 $? no way!) But I guess you can spend more when you work. reger
@DP : looks like, but ive seen even new old releases that are out of print for really cheap, for example pleiadians ep on flying rhino, i mean those tracks are GREAT and for that price also lots of VAs... abasio
Today I scored myself a MINT copy of: * Technossomy - Synthetic Flesh (Flying Rhino 1997) http://www.discogs.com/release/3719 ... Finally! /DP 433881 Is this considered rare? Even I have this CD (mint). Not really bothered by the collectors value but it is a fucking QUALITY album as were most early flying rhino. love it especially V.T.O.L
niobium
it should be vice versa vinyl should cost more and cds should be more available edit : typos 433929 One would think. It seems there are many, many possible variables in this equation though: marketing strategies, micro-demographics, technical problems, financial problems, licensing problems... ukiro pointed out that the Hyporhythm CD is harder to get than the vinyl. Same goes for, and I promise not to mention them for another 72 hours, Crop Circles - Lunar Civilization. I know of only four confirmed copies in existence (not because Discogs has it at that), yet there are many more vinyls floating around. Similarly for the Space Pussy CD single and the four Flying Rhino CD singles. The opposite seems to hold for The Growly Family vinyl. The last copy I saw on ebay went for 80+ dollars! But it is realistically worth 35-60 dollars I think.

If it did this one would probably be worth a bit more. It's classic!
Guest antic
Anesthesia - P.V.C. http://www.discogs.com/release/58301 VA - TIP Singles 3 http://www.discogs.com/release/129385 I'm very happy with them, because Quazzi sold them both for 15EUR. I know some of you can / could pick those CDs in bargain bins in your countries not so long ago, but here in Poland we don't have any psy-CDs in shops, not to mention bargain-bins. Thanks again, Ricardo Also I got this as a duplicate for trading: Tromesa - Pasma Czasu http://www.discogs.com/release/581948 It's their first album (Pseudomental released on Spiral Trax was 3rd) and it was released only in Poland. It's very old school, with screaming SH-101 and Juno 106, lots of arabian melodies etc.

ukiro
The opposite seems to hold for The Growly Family vinyl. 434155 Hmm - I keep seeing the CD, but the vinyl is one of the very few TIP's I'm missing. Feel free to let me know when you see the vinyl again =) As for my new arrivals, no trance today but these two showed up: Thomas Krome - Bitches From Hell http://www.discogs.com/release/7665 Glorior Belli - Ô Laudate Dominus http://www.discogs.com/release/619195

By 'opposite is true for the vinyl' I meant to indicate that it was the vinyl that was the rarer item instead of the CD. I have never seen the Growly vinyl in my searches, but neither have I specifically looked for it. I think it is most likely the most elusive TIP release. I think you once mentioned TIP22 being pressed onto blue vinyl. Do you know if that is true?
Action Mutant
Secede - Tryshasla Kettel - Through friendly waters Those came with mail but bought some mp3:s from Bleep. I buy almost all of the music I listen, only dj/live sets that are "free" I download. Or if someone gives me promos which is very, very rare thing. If I don't have the money to buy it I won't be listening that and if the press gets sold out I wait for re-press or if it's something that will turn the world over I put some effort to find it. That's my method of whipping myself and it works. Green Velvet - Walk in love Chicago Underground Duo - In praise of shadows -This blew me away, from time to time could be from some regular jazzy club with old fat farts smoking thick cigars in expensive suits but get's quite free and twisted (the suits are silent but horrified and leaving now). Rotten trumpets and psychotic piano (the silent art movie chase scene style). A bit like Alarm Will Sound performs Aphex Twin. Boards of Canada - Music has the right to children VA - Spectral sound vol.

Aaron 434429 Maybe I am insane but I would not have spent more than 150$ on it. Theoretically I suppose you can resell the Hux Flux item for 100$ making the 69 remaining CDs cost 50$ plus shipping. 72 cents per CD sounds like a good deal I guess...
