Tatsu
Got a mixed CD yesterday from the used records shop: This is Jungle! It seems to be a mix CD from one of the big boxsets. Haven't had the time to listen to it but I hope it will be nice. If not, well it was cheap...

DeathPosture
Just one trance CD today... But what a CD! * Tegma - Around The World In 80 Minutes (Tribal Vision 2006) http://www.discogs.com/release/653829 With the sweetest, most informative, just-yummy booklet I've seen in AGES! I also received a bunch of DVDs this week: * R1: Walk The Line (2-Disc collector's edition) (already OOP!) * R1: Crash * R2: A History Of Violence * R1: Jerry Seinfeld: I'm Telling You For The Last Time (live on Broadway) + some late night Ebay shopping frenzy resulted in these DJ tools: * Semisonic - Closing Time (CD1) (MCA Records Inc. 1999) Not yet on Discogs... * Semisonic - Closing Time (CD2) (MCA Records Inc. 1999) http://www.discogs.com/release/623101 * Supergrass - Pumping On Your Stereo (Parlaphone 1999) http://www.discogs.com/release/470566 * Andreas Johnson - Glorious (Warner Music Sweden 1999) Not yet on Discogs... * Faith No More - Midlife Crisis (London/Slash 1992) http://www.discogs.com/release/379679 * Meat Loaf - I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That) (Virgin 1993) http://www.discogs.com/release/440959 * Papa Roach - Last Resort (Dreamworks Records 2000) http://www.discogs.com/release/397991 * V/A - Perfect Day '97 (Chrysalis 1997) http://www.discogs.com/release/636557 * Reef - Place Your Hands (Sony Music 1996) Not yet on Discogs... * The Stone Roses - I Wanna Be Adored (Silvertone 1991) http://www.discogs.com/release/368096 And finally just for fun: * Wink - Higher State Of Consciousness '96 Remixes (Manifesto 1996) http://www.discogs.com/release/6251 - and now I'm gonna ease out on the shopping for a couple of days... /DP

DeathPosture
Awesome list Martin. Semisonic? I really thought these guys would be big. 501132 Well, it's pretty straightforward pop rock, but it's DAMN nice... "Closing Time" is one of my signature tunes when I DJ... If it fits the flow, I usually close my sets with it... Another fav'e Semisonic tune is "Secret Smile" which my possibly be one of the most romantic tracks of the late 1990ies... And it reminds me of a special girl ... It will always remind me of this special girl...
ukiro
Your Blue Room collecting process seems very asymptotic to me. Remember to pay for a round when you're finally complete. 500870 Heh, there are some test press only records not listed on Discogs that I doubt I will ever find, but by now I ought to have the worlds most complete blue room collection, and with more items on their way in the mail... By the looks of it, all commercially released titles will be in my posession by the end of this year. Yay! Next on the list would be TIP and Matsuri... This is what I got today: Various - Zep Tepi http://www.discogs.com/release/246726 Another label completed!

faze
Stay tuned... I'll review them in the following weeks... 500313 Just saw your review on Perfect Stranger. Wow, it sounds hot. I may have to hurry and put in an order now, what with my 1 week delivery wait. Great review, thanks for taking the time to write and post it. I even liked the "Sonic Cube-like commercial cheddar" comment because it cut at me a bit, but still made me laugh. Hey, what can I say, I like their Filter album, so shoot me. I'm a psy-noob I guess.
