Guest The Journey Man Project
hey i thought you were not attracted to this style anymore and liked ambient and downtempo more!isnt that the reason you are selling some of your stuff? 517800 No the only style I lost attraction to was full on... and they are the cd's I plan to get rid as soon as I get back to Australia... mainly I listen to Dark Psytrance (really has grown on me, maybe it is my mind set in Japan that is letting it in), Techtrance and of course ambient/dub... you cannot enjoy ambient dub unless you have something a bit heavier to compare it with And dark psy is really pushing in ome unique stuff recently... Trishula, M.o.E and Nabi just blow me away, have almost finally collected their entire catologues...
Guest The Journey Man Project
Yeps. Hopefully the Elve project will be as great as Ishq! 518689 completely different... Elve is much mor e organic and "quiter"... you cannot compare the two releases at all... have had Elve for like almost 2 months now, but it only gets played rarely as I have to be in a very, very, very relaxed fram of mind to listen to it... Mindfly
Well, not really bought today, but 14 days (and therefore my latest CD purchase) ago I ordered two pieces of modern electronic music-history: Fluke - Risoto Leftfield - Leftism I've had these two in my collection some years ago, but had to sell large parts on my cd/records in order to make a living at that time of my life... I'm slowly starting to rebuild the whole collection, but it'll take some time. Risoto & Leftism are highly recomendable to anyone who has a larger musical taste than psytrance only. Oopie
its not psytrance but it deserves mentioning! because it has been the best buy for a long while! Limted Edition LP of Pendulum-hold your colours 520025 jungleteknow - 21-Apr-06 03:15 AM This is by far the worst Pendulum release so far. Not sure why they have managed to stumble from their throne after making some of the heaviest tunes of the last couple of years?! Both tracks on this vinyl are pretty dull and lack the excitement that is usually existant in Pendulum tunes. Hopefully this will be a one off experience. Tatsu
I was finally able to buy three new CDs, hooray!! This one was only three bucks, got it from the used disc store: v/A - DJ Jokke In The Mix http://www.discogs.com/release/220143 Haven't had the time to listen to it so I don't know if I'll dig it. I mean it's progressive trance so there's the chance I might not like it. But since it was so cheap it was worth the risk. And there's a Jaia track on it so it has to be good... v/A - Grey Area http://www.discogs.com/release/626572 Only heard the first three tracks, they are nice. Especially the Protoculture track is awesome! Planum - Elaborate http://www.discogs.com/release/532116 Gave it a short listen in the shop, sounded nice and had some interesting melodies and effects.
