Guest --==MileS==--
In the current boom boom boom technocracy not only Goa left the musical landscape but apparantly also its influential older brother Acid has been missing for some time... Does any1 know if there is still an active acid scene that worships the 303 or are they also en-masse jumping the persuasive techno bandwagon. Yeah, its hard being insignificant, I know...but so is being tech trance hybrid numero 1.342.324. So my question, is there still a heart beating in the acid scene or can we dig a grave for 2 dear family members that past away way too soon? If its alive...any names...any relevant albums...anything?
Guest Rumz
I think the scene still exists in the underground depths of london.. the liberator brothers live on, i saw a flyer for some event recently... RumZ

Guest Mike D
I am doing some reviews for here of some of the Acid Flash series on Global Trnace Network as we speak and also some official live cd's I have. Hopefull chicldren will put them up, seeing as some of the tech trance like The Delta have been put on the Acid Flash series. I remeber the first time I heard acid techno at the wee age of 15 and it blew me apart, screaming 303's and beats at 150bpm+!!! Acid is alive and well but is so underground compared to even psytrance it isn't funny, with my Norlead 2 in a few months I hope to recreat some acid techno sounds, just screamin acid riffs and hard funky beats with fast rolling snares, and cwazy samples hehe! check out the song by Chris Libeartor and The Geezer - 303 Pwoer to bring back memoris of the Acid days hehe! Guest Gusto
Acid is going away :-((( We used to have a big acid underground scene here in Belgium, but it's falling apart :-( Last year, almost every week, there was some kind of acid-event, mostly in squats or other underground locations... But the last couple of months, there's almost no more acid Nowadays, there are either psy-parties, hardtek parties or breakz parties... Maybe once in a couple of months there's an acid-party (with true acid, there a lot of 'acid' parties who turn out to be hardtek or hardcore parties...) I don't like it at all... :-( A good thing there a lot of psy-parties, to get rid of all that energy :-)
