LFO as Envelope on Clavia NL

Is there any way to use the LFO on the Clavia Nord Lead as an envelope? On my Virus e.g. you can set the LFO to always start at the same position on the LFO-wave when you hit a key. So far I wasn´t able to figure out if there´s such an option on the Clavia (manual tells nothing about it). Can anyone help me out of this dilemma?

I don't think that is possible on the nord lead.

 

But you can sync the lfos to the tempo, maby that can give you a similar effect to what youre after?

I´m perfectly aware of the possibility to sync the LFO to a midi clock, however, I thought there might be an easier way to do it... well, shit, doesn´t seem like that.
