Frontier Psychiatrist
Dynamo (Eskimo + Dynamic) - Acid Daze. http://ip23.dyn181.pacific.net.hk/PTMCD153-8.mp3 Here's the promo text: THE ACID DAZE 145BPM: A jaw dropping aural collage of ten years of mind altering music. The Acid Daze is a reworking of some of the most crowdmoving icons in the history of the psy scene, with snippets of tunes and styles of some of the scenes greatest cosmonauts, from Hallucinogen to GMS via Man With No Name this is a loving tribute to everything that has made this music great from the year dot, not simply sampled but replayed & injected with the sort of energy you would expect from Eskimo & Dynamic. Must be played as the last track of the night, cos theres no way you'll be able to follow it!SAY YOU LOVE ME 149BPM: The right tune to bring this mindblowing set of monsters to a close would always be a tough choice, but this slice of pure class surely fits the bill. Alternating between breakneck rushes of speed driven power and lush breaks of atmospherics and interweaving melodies, this is a breathtaking combination of styles that tears up the rule book and has fun doing it. A gorgeous, slow-mo outro provides the perfect finale for a truly groundbreaking selection. Discuss...
Cinos
This must be it! We've found it! The core, the very essence of "stupid"! I can't recognize any track except a sample from 1200 mics - Ayahuasca either.

Indred Cold
It's a tribute... 282130[/snapback] I wonder how the original artists would feel about their tracks being covered like this.
khogg
How could they possibly object. Now all the tracks sound exactly the same. They've been given the full-on treatment. Take a couple of recongizable chirps from the orginal, throw them overtop of a kick drum and add the baseline. Add 2 more layers of drifting farts and squelches (for a startling 5 total layers!) and you have a CD that sounds exactly the same from start to finish. Guest .::E.P
I will help Mike "The Journey Man Project" to post his opinion here so he dont get tired in his fingers pounding the keys May I say it's hillarious Mike. On level with the killarrr Skazi supporters Taken from isratrance, author: The Journey Man Project Haha... how funny!! Not the track but Pavel and cohorts Seriously... you are what is the problem with today's trance... nobody has fun with it any more!! It's all gotta be new and perfect and if isn't mixed by the best audio engineer in the galaxy then why both buying it? Maybe when you lighten up and laugh instea dof taking it so personal you'll soon realise that this kinda of suff, jus like Raja;s stash, isg good wholesome fun.... it's not the goddamn Symphonicc Orchestra, it's Trance music made by some dudes for dudes who wanna go out and get fucked off there tits and dance like madmen in the middle of nowhere... have some fun and grow up! If you want perefction, go get some Bach or Beethoven!

Another example of the overall scene degradation...

psytones
hahaha.. funny. But to be honest. The sample of IM's Roll Us A Giant deserves to be used again... It's a fucking great "KILLAARRGGHH!!!!!!!!!!" sample to use. But the rest, sucked. To avarage and boring.
