Guest Rain
You talk shit lemmy This release is a true piece of musical creativity, if you like it or not! Nothing to do with commercialism, I wouldn't hear most of these tracks back on club parties, and in it for the money? whatever.. 326639 true expect for the shit thing
Hels
Been listening to it for a few weeks now and I find it more enjoyable than Blue Energy at times. I even like the Orchestra song now (at first it really bothered me). Anyway, yea...pretty good album. Also, people who accuse artists like this of selling out are just stupid...sorry! Just because someone wants to change the niche doesn't mean they've sold their soul for money...

sandrookie
Some people seems to be offenden by this album. Wake up, it's a concept album. I could hardly imagine this being played on a party. Then again, if somebody would I would apppreciate it a lot

Then again, if somebody would I would apppreciate it a lot 327609 I agree that this album is made with homelistening in mind, but after experiencing Jaïa live at VooV Experience this year, I must say it's totally mindblowing on the dancefloor as well. Without a doubt the best set I've heard so far this year.
pedro
Concept? CONCEPT?!! What in heaven's name makes this a 'concept' album? Please don't tell it is the silly 'gates' that makes this album so 'conceptual'. Come on...out with it! Tell me - what singles out this album as a 'conceptual'? What is the unifying theme or message in this album? And even if you contrive to find/fabricate one, does this make this music any better? This is not a terrible album. But neither is it particularly interesting and I think the heavy praise it is drawing from some quarters is unwarranted. Furthermore, I do admit I get cranky (maybe old age) when I hear people loosely applying the 'conceptual' label. I have addressed the issue in other posts and so will not further elaborate here. khogg
Great album. Listening to it right now as a matter of fact. At first I liked it but thought it had lost some of that early Jaia goa edge. But no, it's just different. And it's very very good. Smooth, with great groove and even oldschool sounds and arrangements that are so nicely combined that it doesn't sound oldschool if that makes sense. This is possibly the best follow-up album by a revered oldschool artist(s) that I've heard. This guy waited forever to release this and he released it on DS. If he wanted to just rake in cash, he would have released some poo with the baseline a long time ago. He waited in spite of expectations and created this masterpiece. A true flowing and beautiful journey. Money well spent without question. I can imagine hearing this outdoors and just going off. Great dance music. It may have slight influences from other styles, but it is not house or any other style. It has a distinctive psy touch. Worth the wait. Lemmiwinks
ok, after a few more listens this sounds pretty decent after all... but still I wouldn't say it's the best release of the year on anything. Bottom line is that this album just sounds too "flat", there are no climaxes, breakdowns or anything to make you want to jump out of your chair and dance. I guess that it's best use is to listen to as background music or when driving...

Guest
oh crap... as usual, a very good oldschool artist realizes he can rake in some $$$ if he makes something more club music oriented... and also rake in some $$$ by going under an established name when it's only half of what the group actually was. Do I like it? Hell no!!! Jaïa wasn't supposed to make fucken "smooth progressive music" in the first place. Yes, another one bites the dust. To all people praising this album so much: I really recomend you take out Blue Synergy out of your shelves, dust it off and give it another listen and THEN tell me if you find this so good... 5/10 from me... an average mark for an average album... PS at least if you want to make club music go under a different name please... 325927 the problem is you dont know shit. you listen to your dumb ass old goa because you are a VERY VERY old bastard. goa is fucking shit. get with the times cock face. progressive is the new wave. Jeller
I'm not that much of a fan of progressive but this album is very good.. the production quality is very good, the album is very smooth and there is a nice atmosphere in all the tracks.. u still got a lot of elements of the old goa jaia, well i mean it has the same style but then in the progressive style

Cause VERY VERY old obviously means like 32 or something!! I guess if your 14 it could seem that way. "get with the times cock face" I can't stop laughing at that wonderful sentiment brilliant Sweet jesus you almost had a point, right up to the bit when you said "progressive is the new wave" Fuck i hope your not serious about any of that. Either way it was a refreshing laugh Oh, and if you ever meet Seraph or any of the other Goa old schoolers in a dark alley, you best get the fuck out of there. I'm sure your training wheels wont impede your escape.
