Guest cyber
I can't say enough words to describe Battle Of The Future Buddhas-Twin Sharkfins. It just came in mail and I liked it instantly. After I inserted the disc into my CD player and turned the volume up I thought some crazy alien is gonna come out of my speakers and start chasing me like in some sci-fi movie:) It's sooo psychedelic, full on, crazy, original, and even today very fresh sounding. Oh yeah, before I forget they are not afraid of melody on this one too. I wonder if that picture of some party in the forest inside the cover is actually from their famous "forest partys". If their new CD is even half as good as this one I'll be a very happy man:)
Guest vasyachkin
what new BOTFB cd ? anyway dude, i loved it too but eventually i got tired of it like of everything else. you might try TOI DOI i believe it is similar -- kinda crazy and fast. and you might try TIM SCHULDT who is actually better than BOTFB and with a stronger metal/industrial taste to it. Guest Jeto
They got a new CD scheduled on Boom Records www.boomrecords.com
Guest D-Dave
Which personally I think is a LOT better than Twin Sharkfins... Better production, more different tracks, more weird sounds. No way Tim Schuldt is more industrial hehe, more metal - of course. Industrial, no. Check out "Master of Deception" among others.
Guest triplex
i got twind sharkfins 3 years ago and i can still listen to it at full volume from 1st to last track. it has something that i cannot describe, and i cannot find in other cds. its so dark and 'pagan'.. i dont know.. i guess its strictly for open air scadinavian parties under full moon... i love it
Guest Avogaden
Can you tell me the track list??
Guest cyber
to vasyachkin: yes I got Toi Doi-Technological album which is good but I don't think it's even close to Twin Sharkfins, and I aslo have tons of Tim Schuldt stuff (Single Collection, Score, Catcher etc..) and I think that BOTFB and T. Schuldt are too different to compare.
Anoebis
They are completely different, but they fit together... ;-)) during the night I mix the Battle Buddha stuff and Tim Schuldt kinda stuff, and it works great!! Bom!

Guest cyber
I never heard any of those except Demonoizer Rmx that's on Schlab 1. Is that one on the album original or the same mix as the one on Schlab 1? Also I heard someone mentioning BOTFB track called "Galactus"...is that released? I've never seen it anywhere. You guys must like Silver Surfer comics (since Galactus is one of the caracters from it and there is also Silver Surfer song on Schlab
Guest D-Dave
Demonoizer is the original mix, 146 bpm. Remastered. Pretty much sums up what we´ve been doing since Twin Sharkfins. Also a solid live favorite. Galactus is not released. It only exists in one poor version, its on my computer though and Im gonna make a final version of it. Its a D-Dave track tho, not BotfB. Yep we like marvel comics, we have the track "Mr. Fantastic" too, remember? Suppose we have to make "Magneto" or "Dr Doom" as well soon. Guest cyber
Yeah that would be a goo idea:) Oh and while yor're at it maybe Incredible Hulk and Spiderman tracks should be made:) I forgot to ask you who is Sly? I see his/her name mentioned on your covers but have no idea who the person is.
Guest Inu
D-Dave: what synths did you guys use on Twin Sharkfins?
Guest D-Dave
Hehe, this is getting funnier and funnier. The Hulk and Spiderman are not at all as cool as Silver Surfer, Galactus, Mr Fantastic, Dr Doom or Magneto... Sly is not a person, he is an orange sea horse... Its a kind of teddy bear that a friend made for us and we brought him as a mascot to all the parties. He became a cult figure and people even made clothes for him. He had a magical wand and an ecstacy chin protection mask, which kept his jaws in place cause he was always chewing on Es like candy. Totally stoned that guy. Smoked chillums big as factory pipes. And he was smart too, tought us a lot. Our guru. Unfortunately we lost him after an infamous trip to Voov. On Twin Sharkfins we used a Clavia Nordlead, a Korg Wavestation, a Deep Bass Nine, an Ensonic ASR-10 and a Novation Drumstation as well as a Studioquad effect. Produced on a mixer without EQ... On some tracks we also had a Roland W-30, a Roland SH-101 and umm cant remember. Not much anyway!

Guest cyber
Wow I thought Sly was some person that died and then you were paying tribute to him on your covers:) .....maybe Sly was used to the forest parties and then didn't know what to do @ gigantic event like Voov and ran back to the forests:) .....and our friend Simon Posford says..."you have to bring some alcoholic offerings in front of the forest and you can find Yeti easily" I'm sure your Sly and Simon's Yeti are having a good time deep in the forest :-)
Guest Majk tudned Bad
Or Sly just got fed up, He just coud not handle the parties and the fame, afterall u draged that poor fellow round the world and he had enough! ; )
