nice one protex, i think you're on the right track. a tad slow for my tastes, but i'm sure alot of people will dig this...

 

you know when you listen to a cd from a release - most of the time you can hear it has been released or is from an experienced artist;

 

and then you hear a track that a mate has done and you can just tell that there are parts on there that wouldn't get released, or the track wouldn't make it because of those parts - be it sound quality, arrangement or whatever?

 

well, i think there was only one of those ameturish (sp) parts to it - cool stuff =)

Sounds well nice. However, I'd like it better if the beat was a bit slower, it sounds like it's getting ahead of the "natural groove" of the track at some points... Also, I think the kick would sound better if you made it heavier, I mean the threatening atmosphere of the track would benefit from "crunching" kick, it lacks some balls as it is IMO. But yea, it has some great potential to it.
