Guest Slidingtrancer
Blue Room had a brilliant label.... Damnit. Kinda weird though because there are more labels who don't really update much
Guest gizmo
Lot of stuff in Blue Room style is on Corrosive Breaks 2, Deviant El. Simon G., Dendron - all these artists were previously in Blue Room
Guest Mescalinium
Didn't Blue Room just release the new Spectral album? I havn't heard anything about them going under. I thought they were just concentrating on downtempo stuff. I could be wrong though. If anybody has a link to an article about BR's demise, I'd love to read it. Blue Room was always one of my favorite labels, and it was Juno Reactor's Bible of Dreams that first got me into trance. Oh well [sigh]. Guest kingdok
Blue Room's web presence has never been that strong. My hunch is that they haven't gone under. They're more of a "quality over quantity" label anyway. I predict we'll see another dotting of superb albums followed by more silence. To me, it doesn't really matter which label puts the music out. It's the artists that are important. Take Total Eclipse, for example : They've released stuff on Blue Room, TIP, Atomic, Dragonfly, Spirit Zone, Twisted, Totally Eclipsed Recordings, etc. Same artist -- different labels.
