Guest The Journey Man Project
A few labels recenlty have done it well... Zenon Records, Tribal Vision, ZMA (Battle Royal), Tatsu and Iboga. Albums: Intact Instinct - "Supply From Below" Tomtron and Liesgang - "Electric Tandem" BLT and Danni Makov - "Anything U Want" I prefer proggy compilations... the Swedish Progressive and Psy trance comp. out earlier this year is pretty special... 2 cd's of classy proggy. Guest Rain
Progressive release ? Naaaah....you got something wrong buddy, go and read psy encyclopedia once again... 339671[/snapback] well it's there were minimal started and progressive begun... the term progressive wasn't used back then when radio was released... so it's a bit of a no/yes situation

Radio surely is progressed style, but progressed psychedelic style with minimal structure, with no progressive elements at all...

Tox
aaaaiiiiiiit: freak-fight! Progressive to me = everything that's NOT typical "Psychedelic Trance" minus "Chill Out". Radio has: darker, mechanical sound, heavier bass, less melodies, more rhythms, no happy-happy-joy-joy atmosphere, no Goa/Hindu/Buddha/Spiritual-stuff at àll => for me it's Progressive. Call it whatever you want & then put on Irritant & think about it. Further more I spend the biggest part of 1999-2000 discussing what style something was & why it did or didn't "kick ass" or "suck". I'd like to think I moved on in the las 5 years There's only 2 kinds of music these days: the kind I like (often progressive) & the kind I don't... btw: I forgot these ones earlier: Haldolium: H2 & VA: Widescreen, compiled by DJ Laureth VA: Revive, both excellent compil's on Plusquam

ritual om
radio has also lots of psychedelic sounds, many psychedelic presets in leads and a texture that yells :this is psychedelic.definitely not progressive.much more aggressive than progressive and it has lots of spiritual drops in there that progressive rarely has.
