Guest Tomasz Nidecki
I have no idea how it is possible for an Internet store to treat its customers this way. Around 2-3 months ago a package that was supposed to be delivered to me, was most probably lost somewhere on the way, because it never arrived after a couple of weeks and after my credit card has been charged for it. So I wrote to Psyshop asking what's happening. No answer. So I wrote again. No answer. I searched for a contact phone number on their page: there is none, only fax! So I wrote again, this time a bit pissed off and told them I'd spread the news about the way they treat customers. I received an answer "what happened?" as if my previous mails were never read! So I explained the situation and they said they'll enquire into it. And they're enquiring for 2-3 months now. I received no e-mail, no answer to any of my further questions what's going on, etc. If I were shopping for trance at, say, amazon.co.uk where I shop for books, I'm sure that I'd not only receive an answer right away, but they'd probably send me a replacement package and take care of finding the old one themselves, that's because they CARE for customers and not have them in their behinds, like Psyshop does! Generally, I'm disgusted by Psyshop and I would not recommend anyone their services anymore because of the way they treated me. A couple of friends said they had exactly the same problems with Psyshop. Everything's fine unless a problem happens: then they just dissapear! So a word of warning. If you don't want to lose money if your package gets lost, keep away from Psyshop!
Guest Elysium Project
A good advice. Never pay for products in advance. I am sure noone would go into a shop and pay for a pair of trousers and leave the shop without them. - If the shop does not have the possibility to pay by delivery then there's something "fishy" going on with them! Unfortinently 95% of all internet shops are "Fishy" and are breaking the "consumer laws".
Guest phaeton
yups, i've had a similar experience with psyshop .. they obviously don't care for @!#$ about their customers because they never responded to my e-mails either when they sent me the wrong records ... if you want to be really sure that you get what you order i wouldn't advice anyone to use psyshop, although i've had a few succesful orders with them too .. their selection is really bad nowadays anyway, all the stuff i'd want they either don't have yet or don't have anymore .. stick to shops like chaosunlimited or saikosounds if you want to be safe and care about customer care! Guest Lifeform
Same thing happened to me man. Well sorta to my sister. She ordered some cds for me for christmas in early december. And i still haven't gotten them : ( we kept trying to email them and see i they could send it again, like they should, but no... they just kinda pushed us to the side. Guest Raider
I've only experienced having bought a vinyl with some defaults from Psyshop. Complained about it... and the only way I could get a new, was if I returned the broken vinyl. But that would cost me the transport again... Saikosounds are really nice, but are based too far away, so it's too expensive in transport.

Guest Setsuko
€ 19,16 is pretty much... @ chaos unlimited they have it for € 13,12 ... ofcourse without the shipping costs
Järsimähäiriö
Direct bank transfer is the most hassle-free out of the given options, but depending on your bank it can cost quite a bit extra... International money order would be my #2 choice. However, (and this might sound obvious) if one of your close friends or maybe your mom or dad has a credit card I'd really advice you to try and convert them to help you out, no extra costs and no hassle. Guest Setsuko
thanx a lot Jär my conclusions ... i'm gonna get a credit card :-) i thinks that's the most obvious way to pay .. Psy Bye !
Guest David
The positive about using credit cards is that they protect you. If you don't get what you expect, then you can dispute the charges and have them reversed. I can say that charges get reversed immediately at the drop of a hat and then it is up to the retailer to prove the the sales was valid and completed as promised. Use credit cards and if you run into an issue, call the credit card compnay and then don't use that retailer again. - david UMP www.umprod.com
khogg
Yes, I agree with David. Go with the credit card. They are easy to get and low hassle. If you are worried about risk, get a separate card for the net and keep a low limit on it.
Guest kriz
well I have to defend psyshop since they have been the best for me, always sending out their packages very quick (get them in 3 days to norway) ... Yeah one cd i bought did have cracked plastic, but I dont care about that !! (And this thing could happen to all mail-prder companies) ... And by the way I always use credit card (visa).. peacelove!! Guest opul
I gotta say I never had any trouble with psyshop either, and I have been ordering there for quite a while... even so I changed now, cuz their cd stock seems to get smaller and smaller, rather pathetic actually at times. But their service was always incredibly fast. Regarding cracked cd cases, I don't think I got many orders where that did not happen, whether saikosounds, chaos or psyshop... it is possible, don't have much problem with it either, I can always change the case from some cdr that I give away The fancier the packaging the more expensive... most people would rather save a few € instead of getting a big carton that keeps your cases safe.
