Around 2-3 months ago a package that was supposed to be delivered to me, was most probably lost somewhere on the way, because it never arrived after a couple of weeks and after my credit card has been charged for it. So I wrote to Psyshop asking what's happening. No answer. So I wrote again. No answer. I searched for a contact phone number on their page: there is none, only fax! So I wrote again, this time a bit pissed off and told them I'd spread the news about the way they treat customers. I received an answer "what happened?" as if my previous mails were never read! So I explained the situation and they said they'll enquire into it. And they're enquiring for 2-3 months now. I received no e-mail, no answer to any of my further questions what's going on, etc. If I were shopping for trance at, say, amazon.co.uk where I shop for books, I'm sure that I'd not only receive an answer right away, but they'd probably send me a replacement package and take care of finding the old one themselves, that's because they CARE for customers and not have them in their behinds, like Psyshop does! Generally, I'm disgusted by Psyshop and I would not recommend anyone their services anymore because of the way they treated me. A couple of friends said they had exactly the same problems with Psyshop. Everything's fine unless a problem happens: then they just dissapear! So a word of warning.
