Guest psygroove Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 I just got the Dragon Tales 4 in my mail, and I experienced something for the first time. In the regular CD-Box, there is a CDR included, which is actually meant to make yourself your personal copy... it is not just a regular CDR, it looks abolutely like the original: only difference is a little sticker which says safe-T-friend. So what do you think, even if some people might not have a CD Writer, isn't this somewhat revolutionary or did I miss something here ??? Greetz and a big yyyyeeeepppaaaa to TATSU RECORDS :-] PLUR Quote
Guest psygroove Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 I mean, it does not cost them much more then the regular CD, but it is a gesture which I truly appreciate..... So if there are several albums you want, you can only afford 1, you like them all the same....and only 1 includes this extra CDR...... they seem to have a clever marketing department. Quote
Guest Mick Chaos Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 Some labels like Medium put Copy kills Music in their CD booklet, but Tatsu have accepted that we all buy CDs and many of us copy them for friends. The copying will never stop so if they cant beat them, then do the opposite and help. Psygroove(above ) was so happy he is certain to buy their next CD so it works. It also means you can give it to a friend. maybe in the next CD they will have a detachable booklet for the copy, it wont cost much more and it means you can have 2 for the price of one. Well done Tatsu. Quote
Basilisk Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 yes, thats good news.. the labels have to stop fighting change and start embracing it somehow... Quote
