Check www.thump-radio.com they put on parties there and are definitely on the right wavelength. Ceiba Records at www.ceibaweb.com are on the Haight but I couldn't find them - they run a store and an put you in touch with parties before you go. We stumbled on a free party invite while hanging out on haight street. Once you get there pick up the SF Bay Guardian (www.sfbg.com) and it'll have the listings for everything.
