What would you choose?

okay, thers's still some time before i get money to go shopping for, but know im not sure what to buy regarding to soundcard & controller.

 

Here are the 3 otions im trying to decide from:

 

1. Tascam DM-24 Digital mixer with optional IF-FW firewire expansion (so the mixer works as one big audiocard, controller - and mixer)

 

2. Tascam FW-1884 with 2 FE-8's (extra channels modules)

 

3. Tascam US-2400 & Motu 828m2k

 

In all three options i have the possibility of connecting my synth'n'stuff directly to the entrance (shortest path possible), and have hands on

 

Also, its for studio use - not live use, so what would you choose?

I guess it depends on what you're doing with it, would you be using it more as a MIDI controller or multi-track recorder, etc?
