Guest
I'm too lazy to use my own words so here's a copy of the email I received from Twisted - "Just a quick update to let you know that the MP3/WAV stall is now up and running on the website so you can now stock up on those tracks you always wanted but didn’t want to buy the whole CD! We have our entire Twisted back catalogue online. No more anxiously waiting for the postman, no more fatal scratches on your beloved hard copy. Its very exciting stuff. Click the link to check it out! Go to www.twisted.co.uk and click the online ordering tab. You then get the usual choices of 'Releases' and 'Merchandise', with the new added option of 'MP3 Store'. If you are a regular visitor then you may need to empty your web browser cache to view the changes. This seems to be the first nail in the coffin of Cd’s. Where will the future take us we wonder? We are already thinking of stopping releasing vinyl as literally nobody buys it anymore. It will be a sad day when that decision finally goes through. There was something nice about having analogue sound at your finger tips. Well, at least it means that Stereo bass lines can come in. Previously almost all bass lines had to be mono or else the needle would jump out of the groove on the record! Not the sound you were looking for when amplified to 20K unless of course you happen to be Aphex Twin or Shitmat. No disrespect intended to either of these mind crunching artists."
