Guest
Hey everyone, I'm new here, but was wondering if you guys would be so kind as to help me out with finding the name/artist of a track. I heard this track at a local pot cafe in Vancouver, known as Amsterdam (Great place, check it out if you haven't yet) and wasn't able to get any information about it. The track has a constant beat, and flows well, and there is a station announcer voice that is talking through-out the track. It's almost like one of those old 60's, educational voices, like a government movie you sometimes see being played in moves/shows. I hope you all know what I mean =Z Also, if anyone knows any good music where they play with the beat. I love that stuff, but am really just new to this genre of music. Think of it like "layers". One layer for every sound, and through-out the track, they switch the layers around, so if you are focusing on the beat, you suddenly become lost and need to refocus, or they switch the voice layer and the beat, so instead of listening to the beat, all of a sudden you are listening to the voice. Thanks for your help everyone, I'll be sure to post more, looks like a cool place to sit and chat.
Tatsu
Maybe Nystagmus - Tommy Is Dead. There is a voice talking throughout the whole track and it is from an old education movie.

Tatsu
I think it is from an actual drug education movie. Or at least the speaker is. I saw a documenation (about drugs) in the TV and in the background was this voice, I was rather stunned. I like the sample a lot, it's the first track that tells a story like that. Guest
That was a good track, not was I was looking for, but still good, none-the-less. Thanks for suggesting it, will definitely be buying the ablum, me thinks. Any other artists like that?
