Guest [tom jaimz] Posted December 10, 2001 Posted December 10, 2001 Zorba is the mellow side-project of Riktam and Bansi. Quote
Guest Setsuko Posted December 10, 2001 Posted December 10, 2001 it's a bit too mellow IMO... I don't like the stuff they bring under Zorba - that is what I call cheese... Quote
tbe Posted December 10, 2001 Posted December 10, 2001 That is what I call great music... open your mind, guy.... :-) Quote
Guest Flying Kundalini Posted December 10, 2001 Posted December 10, 2001 zorba is made up of three guys - riktam, bansi and chicago - sometimes they write together, sometimes on their own.. started as a softer/euro-trancy side project of GMS.. I quite like their stuff, especially "The Rush".. good morning trance stylee.. don't think they're planning an album.. but if they did it would most proably come out on Spun Rec. BomS Quote
alpha Posted December 10, 2001 Posted December 10, 2001 are you sure Chicago is a part of the group? why would it then say "Zorba & Chicago - Rush" in the back of assasi:nations.. it should be just Zorba then Quote
Guest TheKaa Posted December 10, 2001 Posted December 10, 2001 Man r u crazy or what, Zorba "the rush " is one of the song that would really make me cry .And for the last time theZorba is aka Gms (riktam and Bansi)live at the drome in London, man he Kicks assssssssssss.Dutch dj team.Previously when they were released on spirit zone. It's just another name for another style of psychedelic IMO Quote
Guest KS Posted December 12, 2001 Posted December 12, 2001 the rush is an awesome track, only bad part is the break at four minutes.. that is cheesy.. the rest of the track is just soo powerful.. awesome melodikkkk melody in the start.. good bass.. and my favorite part.. the glass breaking at two minutes. that takes people to another plane, and by no means is that part cheesy.. Guest Setsuko Posted December 13, 2001 Posted December 13, 2001 i listened to the track again... and every time i listen to it i get irritated by the silly trumpet sound... yuk... that doesn't make my cry ... that's pure cheese... Quote
