Guest Lifeform Posted June 17, 2002 Posted June 17, 2002 I just got the new logic bomb disk. And i'd have to say "Normalized" sounds very intelligent. I gotta listen to the whole disk more closely to pass judgement though. Quote

Guest sam i am Posted June 17, 2002 Posted June 17, 2002 from eXpäce > the kings of the most intelligent sound maybe: > top 5------------ > 1.-GMS > 2.-Simon Posford > 3.-Kox Box > 4.-Orbi K-Wuama (yes!!!! of course from a label mexican) > 5.-Infected Mushroom Can't help but laugh at this. GMS make trance like rock 'n' roll. Verse chorus verse chorus bridge chorus. Not particularly intelligent IMHO. Gotta agree with the rest of the list though, haven't heard of Orbi K-Wuama however. You should stick Infected at the top, they make the most intelligent music for me. I'd prob'ly go with: 1. Infected (superb layering) 2. Simon Posford or Benji Vaughn (masters of melody) 3. Pelinpala (unique and kick arse melodies & rhythms 4. Koxbox (funky arse groovemeisters... supreme drumwork) 5. Shiva Chandra or Son Kite (masters of minimal / progressive / whatever) X-Dream / the Delta & Logic Bomb come close too. Quote

Guest Inu Posted June 20, 2002 Posted June 20, 2002 Texas Faggott. Once you get past the "humor", their song structures are actually quite intelligent. Quote
