It was also licensed to both Blue Room Americas and SPV Poland... And Blue Room Released did see some very effective distribution worldwide, so yeah - it's not that rare... I've also seen it on Ebay a number of times... Generally the Discogs owned/wanted ratio will give you a good idea of how rare a given release is... And in this case, it's something like 5/1...
