thebadtrip
Opinion.... Brazilian Project called "Burn in Noise" http://www.psyshop.com/shop/CDs/val/val1cd002.html Album Name: Broken MP3 Sample of track "Flight Number" http://217.160.71.18/f/val/val1cd002h9.ram I'd like to know you guys' opinion on this sample. Especially Tatsu's who I believe is into full-on. This was played on New Year's Eve 2005/2006 @ Universo Paralello Festival in Bahia/Brazil. I went absolutely nuts listening to this, but instead of jumping up and down like a maniac, this time I couldn't do this.. I was like.. "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! " and was only standing thinkign "Damn... life IS fucking good!" Whoa.. what a track, IMHO.

I editted the post above with a link to the psyshop page with MP3 samples Check it out and come back with some feed back

Tatsu
I also can't listen to ram files. I'll try it at my gf's place when I'm there but a wav file would rock.
Insejn
I've listened to the track. I didn't find it that good. Generic full on imo. Menog - Spiritual 00 (Audialize Remix) Thats good full on for you
Tatsu
Checked out the samples at psyshop, the Flight Number track is a blast and the other samples also sound damn nice!!!!! Nice stuff, I'll definitely buy this CD! When I remember right it's on sale (bargain) at my local psyshop. When I get my next salary... Thanks for recommending me that, it's not the uplifting melodic stuff I normaly listen to but it's very good in a different way!
thebadtrip
I believe this track is very much dance floor oriented.. I could say it "fits the needs of the current brazilian psy scene". Good to hear Tatsu liked it.. somehow I feel we have a similar taste
Tatsu
I'm listening to the long samples at Saikosounds right now. From what I can tell it's very trippy music, I love it more every second. Since we have a somewhat similar taste, can you recommend me music in the same style?

moni
*listening saikosounds sample* hey, good track indeed. i'm curious how the whole track sounds though, cause the sample starts with build-up/climax. climax is supposed to be mad generally if you want a nice dance floor track. Edit: also funky! nice

I like trippy, melodic, uplifting stuff.. But I actually don't have much music at all. I go to a lot of parties.. listen to a lot of stuff, but never know the name of anything When I find something I like a lot I'll let you know There is much difference in hearing a track live so you are probably right. 414205 Live, on New Year's Eve.. on acid... with a bunch of close friends, at this tropical paradise with huge coconut trees, beach.. warm weather.. so... hahah *listening saikosounds sample* hey, good track indeed. i'm curious how the whole track sounds though, cause the sample starts with build-up/climax. climax is supposed to be mad generally if you want a nice dance floor track. Edit: also funky! nice 414216 Yeah.. the funky thing that got me there.. the climax is superb, but right after the rolling drums comes a VERY GROOOOOOVY part that I like a LOT. It's like.... "whoa... mind roller coaster time.... downhill yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!" I'll add this track to my full on set for tomorrow You need a good quality version of it to feel the pressure of the synths/kicks
