Cinos Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 None of them are that good really. Turned To Night is the best OUT OF THOSE. Quote
Otto Matta Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Wait, before I go away... AAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!! [Goes away.] Quote
Charlie Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 I went for Deranger, one of my favourite tracks. Six minutes in that crazy winding sound starts that gets tighter and tighter and faster and faster, it's superb, particularly if you're brain's saturated in LSD, it always reminds me of a catherine wheel breaking free of it's fixing and about to go flying off somewhere. Oh and about Otto, can we have him banned? I really like the guy but his disregard for Posford is intolerable. Quote
Cinos Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 particularly if you're brain is saturated in LSD 419927 Is there any music that DOESN'T sound good in that situation? Quote
Charlie Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Is there any music that DOESN'T sound good in that situation? 419930 I once heard a rap song on LSD, it was awful. Quote
Tatsu Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 I also voted for Snarling Black Marbel but there are a lot of my favourites missing: Around The World In A Tea Daze, Shakey Shaker... Quote
Guest antic Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 (edited) From the tunes available I voted Deranger. But if I was to choose from ALL his tunes, I'd go either for Gamma Goblins or Magik. Edited January 20, 2006 by antic Quote
Maxx Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 from youre list snarling....but my pesonal favorites are, thugs in tye dye and trancespotter. Quote
Charlie Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 From the tunes available I voted Deranger. But if I was to choose from ALL his tunes, I'd go either for Gamma Goblins or Magik. 419954 Yeah, Magik is superb and one of his best tracks. Quote
Towelie Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 ...and the day turned to night, only one that has not got old from sphongle.. IMO, his absolute best work Quote
Bahamut Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 ...And The Day Turned to Night Angelic Particles the only tracks from the whole psy scene that I'd call masterpieces (Juno Reactor excluded) Quote
Time_Trap Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Is there any music that DOESN'T sound good in that situation? 419930 it's more like a magnifying class, a multiplier. if you like it ,or enjoy some of its aspects, this will be multiplied and enhanced. If you listen to skazi it will probably be X times more awful [ x>0] Quote
radi6404 Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Why are so much tracks missing here? where is his classic LSD Radiomix, that on the Twisted album. Quote
Insejn Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Too bad you didn't include his best track: Gamma Goblins Part 2 Quote
Oopie Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 From these I voted for shamanix (rmx). The loin king rmx by hallucinogen is far better than the original in my opinion. Quote
Frontier Psychiatrist Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Why are so much tracks missing here? where is his classic LSD Radiomix, that on the Twisted album. 420002 The radio mix was not on the Twisted album (thank god) Quote
radi6404 Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 The radio mix was not on the Twisted album (thank god) 420045 Than i mean this one on the Twisted album. Quote
Charlie Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Than i mean this one on the Twisted album. 420048 That's the original LSD on the Twisted album, it's by far the best version in my opinion. Quote

However I have to add Snarling Black Mabel. And I agree with the person who commented on Deranger. It is the last 2.5 minutes of the track that is just fucking mindblowing. Yea I guess I forgot to drop in Space Pussy and Gamma Goblins #@$%#@ Quote
moni Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Oh and about Otto, can we have him banned? I really like the guy but his disregard for Posford is intolerable. 419927 sure. that will be $5 please. i voted LSD, though i haven't heard the live one in years. the cd version rocks so ... niobium Posted January 20, 2006 Author Posted January 20, 2006 That's the original LSD on the Twisted album, it's by far the best version in my opinion. 420062 I think LSD is one of his poorest tracks. I am really liking some of his new sampling techniques. I first started noticing how he was distorting the human voice radically when I heard 'Spawn' It has developed into these remarkably controlled; goas-tro-intestinally modified vocalizations. It is really prominent in the second short track on the new Shpongle album as well as the tracks on Unusual Suspects 2. Only Posford can make throwing up sound sweet!! \\n Quote
niobium Posted January 20, 2006 Author Posted January 20, 2006 I just discovered a Posford track that I was hitherto unaware of: Video Game!! Quote

When it comes to fucking around with and electronically sculpting the human voice there are none better. Quote
