The Delta - orchestral bits

I'd like to know how many of the ominous, orchestra parts in "Send In Send Back" are actual synth lines and how many were ripped from movie scores.

 

'Doesn't matter, I guess. It would give me more respect for The Delta if it was all their production.

I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if a couple were taken from scores of some sort.

 

On the same lines, does anyone know from where the sample of the female ship computer in Standby was taken? One of the greatest samples ever.

as for the sci-fi sample, doesnt it come from a star trek episode ?

By the way, Kingdok, was it you that insisted a week or two ago that the "guitar" in As a Child... was real guitar? Listen a little closer, then listen to the remix at the end of the album and Travelling at the Speed of Thought - it's definitely synth-generated. It's way too synthetic to be real, unless they filtered the crap out of the sound, smoothed it out, put some more effects on it, in which case it's more synth than guitar anyway. EA
