SO i installed windows XP and now i want to remove it .... i can't just format because when i go to dos or boot from disket (or cd-rom) all my hard-disk dissapears: there is no c: or d: or even cd-rom e: .... Guest Full Lotus Posted June 28, 2002 Share Posted June 28, 2002 Use a Win98 boot disk(not a dos one) and delete all the partitions and then recreate them. Then format and install win98.
