How do you make a sweeping snare effect on Reason?

I know in FL Studio theres a feature that allows you to do it quite easily?

Any ideas ppl?

1. use an external wave editor to reverse your snare sample ( ie. Backwards )

2. load it into redrum

3. Voila!

Was wondering what Wav Editor would be the best to use?

Can Recycle, or Soundforge do it?
