Voice to Reason 3.0?

Recommended Posts

If I wanted to run my voice through the Reason 3.0 vocoder, how would I record my voice in the most efficient way while maintaining quality? I have a mic, but are there any good freeware programs that will record the voice into the type of file that Reason accepts?

Audacity can record your voice and put into wave or Mp3 format

Plus its a free software and has a quite good performance. Its very recomendable

All the voices i record on those latest tracks i did was using Audacity, then i saved the files as wave file and add as an Audio track, or i would use the sample from Logic if i wanted to manipulated more

Anyways you shoud try Audacity, as its free and have good quality

Here is the link of the oficial page where you can dowload it

This looks like exactly what I need. Thank you both of you. Of course I can't try it yet because my new computer is a day or two away, but soon! Rock on. :D

Edit: Okay, so I finally got the computer - it's a beauty. But they forgot to include the keyboard, mouse...and POWER CABLE. WTF??? Totally anti-climactic.:(<_<
